It's a piece of china that will do very well to light you up, but would probably cost 30% less if the manufacturer wasn't trying to show off with their ridiculous packaging.

It's a quality lamp suspension in line with the price range, and it works as intended.

The packaging, however, is laughable. Check it out:

Everything is designed exactly like a luxury package: A strong, glossy first box with a little cloth handle to carry it around and show off your purchase to the incredulous and jealous rabble. It's clear that everyone wants to show off their electrical purchases...

In the box, there is a small faux-fabric bag (not pretty or strong enough to be reused) containing (at last) the product, itself wrapped in plastic, which is nothing more or less than an ordinary metal and plastic suspension.

All this to sell us... a lamp cable with a socket and a ceiling mount.

Well, I'll leave you to it, I have to go walk my (now empty) box in the bus, just to arouse the covetousness of the low people who buy their suspensions at Ikea. more

Beautiful, but a little expensive. Also, the cable doesn't really go down straight

The product is fine, only the cable doesn't really go down straight. It is not stiff, but it does not go down plumb.
