    If you expect the knives as pictured, you will be disappointed.

    I ordered the knives as a gift for a colleague and was very disappointed. The colour of the wood was much lighter. In my opinion, it was not the same wood as pictured. It also had a used look and did not look like new. What was positive was the beautiful shape of the knives and the good price.
    My colleague liked the knives, which is why I did not return them. I think the product photo should be adjusted, otherwise expectations will be disappointed.

    "0riginal" Laguiole at a relatively low price

    I was pleasantly surprised by the free lightning delivery. I ordered at 12 o'clock and the knives were delivered at 8 o'clock.
    When washing them, make sure not to use any washing-up liquid, otherwise the wood will become     dull. Rubbed with a little olive oil, they now shine beautifully again. 

    Pro

    • The box is practical, the knives feel good in the hand, the wood is supple and the
    • Blades super sharp. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase. In a specialist shop, knives like this cost
    • up to 700 Fr. Of course, one wonders whether the ones from Galaxus are really original.

    Contra

    • According to the description, it should be juniper wood, but the handles, according to the guarantee document, are made of
    • Olive wood. In terms of colour, however, it does not bother me, as both are light-coloured woods. The blades are
    • slightly scratched in some places. The box is not of particularly high quality and the label
    • on top is stuck on at an angle. If it wasn't a gift, that wouldn't bother me, but this way.
    • it looks a bit lousy.
