    Only 1000 pages per toner cartridge = expensive and bad for the environment.

    Unfortunately, the TN-247 (2500/3000 pages) toner cartridges are not available as a "cheap" multipack. Actually, the Brother MFC-L3770CDW is a good printer for home use. It's not a sprinter, but it can do everything you need at home. The 1000 page standard toner cartridges really aren't that great. When I look at the marketing slogans on the Brother website "Designed for sustainability" and "Designed for cost efficiency" I wonder if the marketing people even know what they are selling.
