Question about Apple Mac Mini - Late 2020
Is it possible to upgrade the MacMini 2020 with RAM yourself, and if so: which RAM would be particularly suitable for this?

No. The M1 chip generation can no longer be retrofitted with RAM. RAM is permanently installed. However, the RAM integration into the overall system is completely different. In terms of speed, the RAM size no longer has the same significance as with Intel Macs.
