Question about Urbanista Stockholm
Hi I also have the headphones, the problem is that it doesn't pair and it doesn't work via Bluetooth either. Have tried everything (have a huawei p20 lite)

Have you tried resetting it?
Put the headphones in the box and press the logo for 10 seconds until both headphones flash.
Then take the headphones out of the box and hold them close to each other, then try to connect with the Bluetooth.
Hey, I tried that too but unfortunately it didn't work. I returned the headphones today and was allowed to buy something else with the price. Apparently a lot of people have a problem with this, because when I was in the shop other customers had the same problem, even the worker couldn't do anything. Thanks for your answer anyway :)
