Hello, I also bought the earphones and then tried to pair them according to the instructions. This only works with the right earphone. The Bluetooth connection works. As I said, only the right earphone. What can I do?

I suggest: Put the earphones in the charging case - charge them - open the lid - press the logos simultaneously for 10 seconds - take the earphones out of the charging case and place them close together on the table. Now the two should be paired.... Good luck
