Very good performance-price ratio!
I found it on stock as a replacement for my threadripper 1950x .Same core count but in real performance is 50-60% faster in multicore performance. The big difference is in single core applications , which has significant improvement and speed. For heavy tasks the threadripper still has superior memory transfer rate (quad channel vs dual channel) 70gbps vs 40 gbps meaning for example : an rtx 3090 for certain calculations performs better on 1950x rather than on the 5950x.
