This density breakthrough significantly improves storage efficiency compared to 3D NAND with 64 layers. The MTE662T is equipped with a DRAM cache for fast access and has been fully internally tested to ensure reliability in mission-critical applications, with a durability rating of 3,000 program/erase cycles.
