Material Properties and Performance
Fibreheart PETG-CF HF has been developed to provide exceptional mechanical properties while ensuring user-friendly printability. The 10% carbon fiber content enhances the rigidity and impact resistance of the filament, resulting in parts that are both strong and lightweight. This composition ensures high dimensional accuracy and stability, even during high-speed printing, making it suitable for the production of functional prototypes and end-use components.

Applications
This filament is particularly well-suited for applications requiring durable and precise parts. Its resistance to chemicals, UV light, and moisture makes it ideal for outdoor and industrial environments. Common applications include drone frames, mechanical devices, automotive components, and other functional parts that require strength and reliability.

Printing and Handling
Optimal results can be achieved by printing Fibreheart PETG-CF HF at a nozzle temperature between 240 and 260 degrees Celsius and a bed temperature of 80 degrees Celsius. A print speed of 60 to 150 mm/s is recommended, with speeds of up to 200 mm/s possible in high-flow setups. Due to the abrasive nature of the carbon fibers, a hardened steel nozzle is required. While an enclosed printer is not strictly necessary, it can help maintain consistent ambient temperatures, further reducing the risk of warping.
