Manufactured in Australia, the M5 is a compact 1/2" cardioid condenser microphone. It is extremely low-noise and offers a wide frequency range.
Thanks to its experience with the NT5 microphone, RØDE can offer a high quality fixed-directional bar condenser microphone that will satisfy even the most demanding artists and sound engineers. The M5 shines both live and in the studio in acoustic instruments, choir recordings and in all situations where a small diaphragm condenser microphone is commonly used, whether in mono or stereo. Each matched pair is carefully selected to ensure that the sensitivity differences between the two microphones are less than 1dB. Each pair comes with an attractive certificate that confirms its authenticity. The M5 has RØDE's special ceramic coating in matt black. Two WS5 windscreens and RM5 tripod flanges are included.
