    Just perfect for my setting

    I replaced my old normal PS4 with the Pro, which was as loud as a turbo hoover in certain games... (I think it is/was an A model).
    Really quiet, I'm thrilled!
    I feel the heat development is about the same.

    Meanwhile     I have a UHD TV with 10 bit panel and HDR (Samsung JS8580), and a matching AV receiver with 4K/60Hz/HDR etc passthrough (Denon x1300w).
    The menu screen alone looks great compared to before.
    I also like the design better, especially the mechanical buttons, how often have I switched on the old one unintentionally when dusting :D

    For me in direct comparison with e.g. The Last of Us by worlds! quieter than Orginal PS4, and with HDR patch also really much nicer, you can only really see in live, screenshots do not do it justice.
    Normal 1080p or 900p now in 1080p with more FPS are also clearly a plus.
    All the games I have that have received the optimised patch look better,not seen a single graphics problem or FPS drops or anything else so far (but have only tested it for 2 days so far).

    I'm looking forward to the newer titles that are coming!

    The slightly revised V 2 controller is also a touch better,design wise no more glossy parts,the additional LED bar I found so far only useful as an indicator when the battery is running low,but the possibility to play via USB cable I find clearly a great alternative for longer sessions when you don't want to change the controller.

    I never used the original 1TB disc, I just took the 1TB SSHD (Seagate) from my old PS 4.
    Since the Pro now supports Sata 3, I'll probably upgrade to an SSD if there's a good offer (1TB is enough for me personally, 2 wouldn't be worth the price).

    Great product - EU version (need a Swiss power adapter)

    Great product. Just need to consider that this is a European version that comes with the Schuko connector, so if you are going to use it here in Switzerland, you will need to buy an adapter.

    Good console

    Actually an "old machine", since the technology is already advanced. Since my old PS broke down, I bought this one, including Spiderman, RDR2 and an HD TV (the old one wasn't HD). The picture was massively better, at least for these two games. The fan was also quieter than on my existing Playstation.
