Absolutely OK, no major problems. Can recommend it with a clear conscience.
I used it to create the network cabling with 1Gbps in a detached house. However, the inner insulation is quite soft. In 2 out of 14 plug assemblies I had damaged the insulation because I pretty much tightened the plug lock too much. The problem was solved immediately by cutting off 5-10 cm of cable and reassembling the connector. I took this cable because it was ready for collection. Otherwise, the Lindy installation cables are perfectly adequate:
79.50 Lindy installation cable, rigid (100m, grey, FTP, Cat. 5e)
103 Lindy installation cable, flexible (100m, grey, S/FTP, cat. 6)
Tip:
Cat 5e is completely sufficient for shorter lengths (5-50m).
Cat 6 is more suitable for lengths of 50 to 100m.
Consider beforehand how you want to test the cable connection(s) after installation. Laptop with WIN8 must be rebooted when you change from one connection to the other (or wait a very long time). After laptop/WIN8 frustration, I tested with a small Netgear switch. Switching from one connection to the other works without any problems (within seconds).
PS:
How to unroll a cable is basic!
You start with the OUTER end and unroll the cable.
After that, laying the cable or pulling it into a pipe is no problem (no twisting).
The rest of the cable is still nicely present as a "ring".
You should be a skilled craftsman. It should not be your first electrical installation. The assembly of the plugs/connections requires a finger-spreading feeling and therefore takes some time.

6 mm cabling, too thick for some RJ45 connectors
