    Actually OK

    Original manufacturer part - from Digitec's point of view, you can't go far wrong. However, it said "delivered tomorrow" - and that was the reason for my order. Of course, the parcel didn't arrive until 3 days later, which is why I went to the presentation without printouts... not fulfilled.
    In addition, Planzer's logistician deposited the parcel in the milk crate, although there was not enough space, which is why the parcel protruded a third of the way out of the letterbox - visible and within reach of every passer-by... What's more, it was raining cats and dogs and the outside of the parcel had the consistency of porridge!!! Unacceptable.
    Summary: Product OK, service unsatisfactory.
