    Good remote control

    I've had several Android TVs. Unfortunately, their chips were always too weak to provide a smooth experience. Some apps with like TV7, Zattoo and TVirl was so only very laborious, or not usable at all. With the box, this problem is solved. The apps run smoothly and are all in all better than those for AppleTV 4. With the latter, the subterranean remote control bothered me a lot. The Nokia Box is one of the few devices that finally has a normal remote control. The operation is intuitive and you do not have to remember 20 stupid gestures.
    So far 5 stars. Will be corrected, it should age badly as so often with Android.

    Problems with AV receiver

    Basically a great device. Quick to set up.
    Problem: Unfortunately, only the pre-installed apps Netflix and Disney+ deliver 5.1 sound to my Denon AV receiver. Subsequently installed apps such as VLC player, Kodi, Arte, Youtube     apparently have trouble transmitting to the receiver and the sound only arrives with 2.0. Sound is only heard from the two front speakers, all others remain silent.

    I've tried all sorts of settings on the receiver and the Nokia box, no luck. The apps are probably struggling, with Android passthrough. In various forums the problem is discussed and there is apparently no solution. Too bad, for me the box is so unfortunately no replacement for my Raspberry with Kodi.

    Conclusion: If you hang the box only to the TV, top. In conjunction with AV receiver, flop.

    By far the best streaming box I've had so far

    This is a really successful box, I am very happy with it. It is also not overpriced. The price/performance ratio is right. I had or still have the Xiaomi Mi Box S Android TV for the 2 TV, it's a bargain and works very well for me, only the numbers on the remote control are missing, so it's better to pay a little more, but in the end it pays off.
