Top as a work mouse.
Since I often had wrist pain at work, I switched to the M570 to test how it feels. I work professionally all day on the PC with CAD. The mouse is very precise after a short period of getting used to it and all work can be done as with a normal mouse. The additional keys are super as a replacement for "Enter" and "Esc". The wrist is nicely relaxed. The only negative point is that the 3 bearing balls of the trackball get dirty quite quickly and the ball then no longer "rolls" nicely. But cleaning is a matter of seconds. Ball out quickly run over it with a handkerchief ball purely ready.
Definite buy recommendation from my side.

The best trackball there is. I wouldn't work with anything else. Unfortunately, since the M570 model, the buttons are quite bad, I have to buy a new one regularly. But at the end of the day, I'm glad that Logitech still makes it at all, it must be quite a niche product ... :)

After many years not being a trackball user I am now back to using one.
I came back to using one due to repeative wrist ache using a conventional mouse.
I can agree with some comments here about the wonder why the device is now wireless. I see one major advantage and that is the use of the unifying dongle.
I actually have 2 mice on my desk. the M570 for me and a Performance MX for all other people who use my workstation and are not used to trackball mice. In addition to this I also have the solar K750 keybaord. This means that only one USB slot is taken up for 3 devices.
Overall now after 3 months back to trackball use my wrist ache is gone and my work flow is alot better.
A good addtion for a unifying device to my setup.
