    Text recognition is abysmal, Canon does not take...

    Text recognition is miserable, Canon does not comment on this. Scan to SMB share on Windows Server 2012 R2 does not work... consequently FTP must be used --> increased effort

    Although the scanner was designed by our professional rec...

    Although the scanner was configured by our professional computer centre/ASP centre, the "send to folders" functions work poorly. Partially the folder directories were lost. Only the configuration with FTP server finally worked.
    The installation costs amounted to CHF 1000!
