    Unfortunately a bad buy for me

    Does (probably for most other users) what it is supposed to. Very good workmanship.

    I intended the device as a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) for a Raspberry Pi. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get the unit     to apply voltage to its output while it is charging itself. Therefore, it does not seem to be usable as an active UPS.

    Apart from a few gimmicks, I have never used the device as a power bank.
