    Overpriced piece of junk

    Haven't had a worse Laptop in a while. Now that i think of it, even the acer was better. And the Acer had occasional blackscreen outages. But he had an RJ45 slot.

    Pro

    • Apple makes a huge amount of money (good for them)

    Contra

    • Keyboard falls appart
    • Touch section is irresponsive
    • Touchpad is "new" technology => undesired behaviour
    • Software shop is omniprominent
    • Operating system is transmitting user data to apple even when restricted not to do so
    • Open Source software can not be installed without a hustle
    • Apple leaches users for sale increase
    • No USB
    • Adapters needed for HDMI
    • Adapters needed for RJ45
    • Adapters needed for Flashcard
    • Adapters needed for <name product here>
    • No USB
    • OS consumes 60% of the SSD capacity

    Solid quality, easy to use, but has its price

    I bought the MacBook Pro 15" in January 19. The price is steep, but I had used the predecessor for 9 years for my needs (office work). I have been using Apple computers since 1986 and grew up next to Cupertino and am also a bit biased, ...

    • Quick
    • Good support

    Contra

    • Keyboard had to be replaced (free of charge but 1 week away)
    • Additional costs for peripherals and adapters
