Hmm, on the left side, when you stand in front of the front of the tower. But the "window" in this version is made of metal - so you can NOT look through it! There are other versions of the same case that are equipped with a real window pane (probably made of Plexli glass or similar). You'll have to look more closely in the Digitec range or on Google.

I have a 240 + BD drive in the front. There were no problems. Otherwise, you can also install the cooler on top or in the back. According to bequiet, 360 coolers can be installed in all 3 places.

Hello, yes I have installed one. Two are possible.
The enclosure has 2x 5.25" mounting bays, which are suitable for CD/DVD drives. And yes, any ATX mainboard fits inside (the rear slot bracket is supplied with the mainboard).
According to be quiet! radiators with a size up to 360mm. https://www.bequiet.com/en/case/921 I do not think that it will compromise the silence. Just use high pressure fans and not high rpm ones.

Good day, This case is really very quiet and versatile in its installation options. However, I cannot say for sure whether this Pure Base 600 Tempered Glass Window Side Panel, which is also available on digitec, can be attached. You would have to ask the manufacturer. Kind regards Walter Trachsel
It only has wire mesh fencing on the sides, the front is normal opaque dark plastic.

Hello Nanoslider the description is wrong the be quiet pure Base 600 midi Tower unfortunately has no side window.
I don't know, I installed the AMD Ryzen 7 with the supplied cooler and it fitted perfectly, with plenty of space between the wall and the fan.
As long as the connection to the mainboard fits and it is a 5.25" drive, it doesn't matter.

This is only an enclosure and therefore has no connections. The connections are on the mainboard and the graphics card, which you install in the enclosure.
