No, that is not necessary.
I have rather thick temples and for me they are very comfortable. I mainly wear them at work.
Yes, you can remove the ear pads and replace them if ma has suitable replacements.
Thank you for pointing this out, we will have the error rectified as soon as possible.
Yes, this headset has an impedance compatible with a PC. :)
Headphones are without noise cancelling.
Yes, various cables are included
The question is whether your phone has enough power for the headphones. Everything is fine on my LG G6 or Huawei P20. With a hi-fi system, you get another significant gain in volume.
It depends on what you need and how much money you want to spend.

Black is normally always cheaper for electrical items (standard colour) and are also usually purchased in larger quantities so that the price advantage can be passed on to the customer. (See also Stock)
Digitec has replaced it from all branches with other models, as this one had been on display for a long time. Media Markt gives the option of putting on a wide variety of headphones and listening to the music provided by Media Markt (which is not very helpful). At least you can check the wearing comfort and workmanship. Otherwise, look for a shop in your area that sells headphones and ask.
Yes, such an adapter is included. See attached picture of what's all inside: http://www.die-pruefkiste.de/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/Audio-Technica-Kopfhoerer-Lieferumfang.jpg The cables are as you can see detachable. There's a 1.2m-3m coiled cable, 3m straight cable and a 1.2m straight cable included, as well as a pouch.
The product was on display in all our showrooms for a long time and has now had to make way for another headphone. It will also be replaced in Basel (where it is currently still on display). Sorry for this notice.
It is an Over Ear in closed construction. As an external user, you hear practically nothing or only at extreme volumes when the headphones are worn. If you take them off to make a phone call and the music continues, it is of course audible. Subjectively, I would describe the shielding from external noise as very good for headphones of this design. But of course, inears like the Etymotik HF5 are superior in this respect. Also because there is even the possibility of adapting the pads to one's own ear (for an extra charge). All in all, the headphones are still very good, even though they have been on the market for many years.
Thank you very much for the input. We should be able to offer this Special Edition by the beginning of March: https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/5693673
Showroom doesn't mean that the products you'd buy is used. Showroom means that the item is on display in some of our shops. Under the category "Showroom" are all shops listed in which you can see and test the product.
Unfortunately, we cannot organise these headphones in the desired colour.
