Description

With a powerful 40x Nikkor optical zoom lens that can be extended up to 80x with Dynamic Fine Zoom¹, you're always in the middle of the action, and the side zoom switch gives you great stability. The high-resolution tiltable monitor gives you a unique perspective from which you can easily return to the wide-angle range using the overview button while maintaining the connection between your camera and the smart device via SnapBridge. The intuitive operation makes recording child's play, frequently used functions can be selected via the function selection field and the classic design of the housing ensures that the camera sits comfortably in the hand.

The simple operation allows you to concentrate on creative image extracts and your pictures are guaranteed to succeed. You can select frequently used functions with the function dial at the touch of a button. The numerous functions make it easy to record full HD movies (1,080p/60i) and breathtaking pictures of your travels and hobbies such as bird shots and starry skies. With 16 megapixels and a highly efficient back-illuminated CMOS image sensor, you can take your favourite pictures in impressive picture quality and you won't have to miss out on taking pictures on the road, because the camera is powered by AA size batteries, which are available everywhere.

Capture distant cityscape scenes in pin-sharp picture quality, capture the moon and night sky in incredibly clear images, or take stunning shots at sporting events with the exceptional 40x Nikkor optical zoom lens (Dynamic Fine Zoom¹ expandable to 80x zoom). The highly regarded Nikkor lens offers outstanding performance and a high-performance lens that covers an angle of view range of 22.5 mm to super-telephoto angles of 900 mm (equivalent to focal lengths of 35 mm).

Camera stability is essential for pin-sharp images. The high-performance image stabilizer prevents motion blur caused by camera shake, even at 40x zoom, so that all shots are always successful. The image stabilization by the movable lens group corresponds to the reduction of the exposure time by 3.0 light value steps (according to CIPA standard, at maximum focal length) and the ergonomic handle enables the stable holding of the camera.

Image sensor type

An image sensor is a device that converts an optical image to an electric signal. It is used mostly in digital cameras and other imaging devices. An image sensor is typically a charge-coupled device (CCD) or a complementary metal–oxide–semiconductor (CMOS) active-pixel sensor.

CMOS

Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) is a term for semiconductor devices that use both p-channel and n-channel MOSFETs on a common substrate. CMOS technology refers to both the semiconductor process used to realize integrated digital and analog circuits and a logic family. CMOS technology is the most widely used logic family today and is mainly used for integrated circuits.

ISO light sensitivity (auto)

The American Standards Association (ASA) and the Deutsches Institut für Normung (DIN) film speed standards have been combined into the ISO standards. The current International Standard for measuring the speed of color negative film is ISO 5800:1987 from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Related standards ISO 6:1993 and ISO 2240:2003 define scales for speeds of black-and-white negative film and color reversal film. This system defines both an arithmetic and a logarithmic scale, combining the previously separate ASA and DIN systems.
Commonly, the logarithmic speed is omitted; for example, "ISO 100" denotes ISO 100/21°.

Maximum aperture
i

Maximum aperture

Aperture is a (normally mechanical) device on cameras which can be used to change the light transmission through the optical system (lens). It is usually designed as a lamella screen (also known as an iris screen), in which circularly arranged lamella sheets shift into one another in such a way that the light transmission becomes narrower or wider and thus the incident light beam becomes smaller or larger. The iris is positioned in the beam path in such a way that it only acts as an aperture iris diaphragm and not as a field of view diaphragm.

i

Contrast-based

Focusing by means of contrast measurement at contour edges is basically the same as focusing the eye, i.e. the photographer, without further aids: The image width of the lens is varied until the brightness curve at light/dark contour edges has a maximum steepness. The camera's processor calculates the frequency distribution in the image, and the greater the proportion of high frequencies (i.e. abrupt light-dark changes), the sharper the image.

Image file formats

Image file formats are standardized means of organizing and storing digital images. Image files are composed of either pixel or vector (geometric) data that are rasterized to pixels when displayed (with few exceptions) in a vector graphic display. The pixels that constitute an image are ordered as a grid (columns and rows); each pixel consists of numbers representing magnitudes of brightness and color.

JPEG

In computing, JPEG is a commonly used method of lossy compression for digital photography (image). The degree of compression can be adjusted, allowing a selectable tradeoff between storage size and image quality. JPEG typically achieves 10:1 compression with little perceptible loss in image quality.

JPEG compression is used in a number of image file formats. JPEG/Exif is the most common image format used by digital cameras and other photographic image capture devices; along with JPEG/JFIF, it is the most common format for storing and transmitting photographic images on the World Wide Web. These format variations are often not distinguished, and are simply called JPEG.

Hinzu kommt die ausbaufähige Akkulaufzeit.more

Kauftipp Preis-Leistungs-Tipp
