Welches RAM-Model sollte ich kaufen, wenn ich diesen Desktop auf 16GB RAM aufrüsten möchte. Mit der Angabe "DDR4-RAM" alleine komme ich nicht weiter.

Ich empfehle Ihnen das Produkt ersteinmal zu kaufen und dann nachschauen, was für ein RAM Modul installiert ist, so dass Sie dann anhand der Bezeichnung das Gleiche oder ein ähnliches Modul kaufen können.

Wie viele freie SATA Anschlüsse sind es noch, wenn man die verbaute 2TB Platte nicht mit rechnet.

Das Mainboard hat 3 SATA Anschlüsse und einen M.2 Anschluss. Die SATA Ports sind mit 1x SSD, 1x HDD und 1x DVD Laufwerk belegt und der M.2 Port ist unbelegt.

Wenn man das ganze minus die 2TB Platte rechnet kommt man auf einen freien SATA Port (und natürlich auch den M.2 Anschluss).

Weiss jemand, wie gut Linux-Ubuntu auf diesem Modell läuft?

Ich habe auf diesem Modell Linux Mint installiert und das System läuft stabil.

Für die Installation habe ich dir noch folgende Tips:
* Installiere den nvidia-375 Graphiktreiber möglichst frühzeitig. Mit dem Opensource Treiber (nouveau) ist mir der Bildschirm gelegentlich eingefrohren.
* dmesg zeigt bei mir Fehlermeldungen vom PCIe-Port an, welche vom Wireless Network Adapter stammen. Gemäss bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+... gibt es einen Workaround (pci=noaer). Da ich kein WLan verwende, habe ich das aber noch nicht getestet.
