Edition 05/2018 - Die Besonderheit des GigaByte GA-AB350N-Gaming WiFi ist schon am Namen erkennbar, das AM4-Mainboard besitzt ein integriertes WLAN-Modul. Damit bleiben der PCIe-Slot und auch die USB-Ports an der I/O-Blende frei. Damit eignet sich das Gigabyte Board für den kompakten Media-Center-Rechner, solche Modelle im Mini-ITX-Format lassen sich ansonsten häufig aufgrund des Platzmangels nur bedingt erweitern. Die sonstige Ausstattung mit USB 3.1 Gen 2 oder DisplayPort 1.3 und HDMI 2.0 neben weiteren Schnittstellen ist ordentlich, wobei auch eine LED-Beleuchtung zur Ausstattung zählt. Mit weniger als 20 Watt im Leerlauf von Windows ist der Stromverbrauch zudem gering.

Könnte jemand bestätigen, dass das Board ECC wirklich braucht, oder ob es mit ECC Speicher in non-ECC Mode funktioniert... Ich habe jede Menge gesucht, bin dabei auch auf eine Geschichte gestoßen wobei gigabyte angeblich nachher die Beschreibung abgeändert hätte (K5 gaming)...
Linux dmesg oder edac info wäre hübsch.

Achtung, trotzt der Anschlüsse in den Spezifikationen braucht es eine zusätzliche Grafikkarte:
Grafik Anschlüsse i DisplayPorti 1 x, HDMI Type Ai 1 x. Der Ryzen 7 hat keine integrierte Grafik!!

Une bonne carte mini ITX en AM4

Petite carte AM4 sobre et bien équipée. Un petit bémol sur le bios et la suite logiciel qui est en retrait par rapport à Asus par exemple. Un peu juste au niveau des connecteurs pour ventilateur.

Es ist was es ist

Ja was soll man sagen, es erfüllt seinen Job und hat RGB aber viel mehr hat es auch nicht. Aber trotzdem, Übertakten geht eigentlich leicht von der Hand und auch das BIOS ist sehr übersichtlich. Nur leider sind ein paar Ansteckplätze ziemlich deplatziert.

Relativ günstiges Mini-ITX Board mit mässigen Temperaturen

Habe das Board für meinen Ryzen 5 2400G gekauft. Die Wahl fiel vor allem wegen des Displayport Anschlusses auf dieses Board. Das Board ist ok, aber hat einen Nachteil den man kennen sollte, wenn man das Board mit einer Ryzen APU einsetzen will:
Die VRM Mosfets werden sehr heiss und man kann Spulenfiepen hören, wenn die IGPU in Betrieb ist. Es ist also darauf zu achten, dass die VRM Mosfets ausreichend gekühlt werden, was in einem Mini-ITX Szenario schwierig werden kann.more
