Description

Pocket-size style:This ultra-slim and sleek IXUS in a metal housing is always there for you and offers a flexible 25mm wide-angle lens with 12x optical zoom (24x ZoomPlus) so you can capture any subject from close up to far away in top-quality photos and movies.
Auto Zoom determines the ideal zoom value at the touch of a button.

Record Full HD movies instantly:Shooting great movies is fun and child's play. Just press the button and the Full HD movie recording (1,080p) in MP4 format begins.
For creative versatility, the optical zoom can also be used in movie mode, and thanks to the image stabilization of Dynamics IS, the images are high-quality and razor-sharp.

Quickly connected:Thanks to Wlan with NFC, you can connect the camera to a compatible mobile device by simply touching it. Image Sync automatically backs up the new recordings to a cloud service; wireless remote control via mobile device enables great group recordings.
The Wlan button provides quick and easy direct access to the Wlan functions.

First-class quality:Enjoy exceptionally detailed images - even under low light conditions - thanks to a CMOS sensor with 20.2 megapixels and a Digic 4+ processor.
The intelligent optical image stabilizer provides pin-sharp photos and movies in any situation, and the 7.2 cm (3.0 inch) LCD screen offers a superb view of the scene and footage.

Simple creativity:When the shutter-release button is pressed, Creative Shot automatically analyzes the scene and generates 5 more unique interpretations of the original shot.
With the close-up limit of approximately 1 cm, you can capture the impressive details of everyday objects; when you shoot with Hybrid Auto, the camera automatically compiles an HD movie diary (720p) of the day of shooting.

ISO light sensitivity (auto)

The American Standards Association (ASA) and the Deutsches Institut für Normung (DIN) film speed standards have been combined into the ISO standards. The current International Standard for measuring the speed of color negative film is ISO 5800:1987 from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Related standards ISO 6:1993 and ISO 2240:2003 define scales for speeds of black-and-white negative film and color reversal film. This system defines both an arithmetic and a logarithmic scale, combining the previously separate ASA and DIN systems.
Commonly, the logarithmic speed is omitted; for example, "ISO 100" denotes ISO 100/21°.

Maximum aperture
i

Maximum aperture

Aperture is a (normally mechanical) device on cameras which can be used to change the light transmission through the optical system (lens). It is usually designed as a lamella screen (also known as an iris screen), in which circularly arranged lamella sheets shift into one another in such a way that the light transmission becomes narrower or wider and thus the incident light beam becomes smaller or larger. The iris is positioned in the beam path in such a way that it only acts as an aperture iris diaphragm and not as a field of view diaphragm.

Image file formats

Image file formats are standardized means of organizing and storing digital images. Image files are composed of either pixel or vector (geometric) data that are rasterized to pixels when displayed (with few exceptions) in a vector graphic display. The pixels that constitute an image are ordered as a grid (columns and rows); each pixel consists of numbers representing magnitudes of brightness and color.

JPEG

In computing, JPEG is a commonly used method of lossy compression for digital photography (image). The degree of compression can be adjusted, allowing a selectable tradeoff between storage size and image quality. JPEG typically achieves 10:1 compression with little perceptible loss in image quality.

JPEG compression is used in a number of image file formats. JPEG/Exif is the most common image format used by digital cameras and other photographic image capture devices; along with JPEG/JFIF, it is the most common format for storing and transmitting photographic images on the World Wide Web. These format variations are often not distinguished, and are simply called JPEG.

Battery-operated

A rechargeable battery or storage battery is a group of one or more electrochemical cells. They are known as secondary cells because their electrochemical reactions are electrically reversible. Rechargeable batteries come in many different shapes and sizes, ranging anything from a button cell to megawatt systems connected to stabilize an electrical distribution network. Several different combinations of chemicals are commonly used, including: lead-acid, nickel cadmium (NiCd), nickel metal hydride (NiMH), lithium ion (Li-ion), and lithium ion polymer (Li-ion polymer).

Rechargeable batteries have lower total cost of use and environmental impact than disposable batteries. Some rechargeable battery types are available in the same sizes as disposable types. Rechargeable batteries have higher initial cost, but can be recharged very cheaply and used many times.

Kompatibel zur 256GB Lexar Professional 600x Speed (UHS-I, Class 10) SDXC Speicherkarte
Zur Lexar Professional SDHC 2.000x (300MB/Sek) UHS-II Class 10 64GB Karte kompatibel
Das Objektiv ist mit F3,6 bis F7 sehr lichtschwach
Schärfeverlust an den Bildrändern
