    do not buy - does not work

    I wanted to play two devices (Apple TV optical output I use to play music) or Samsung TV on T&A stereo with only one optical input.

    - leads to crackling noises when no input is activated, e.g. when the piece of music is     finished that is e.g. entered on input A.
    - sometimes does not work at all, must then be restarted by unplugging the power supply.

    -> Does not fulfil purpose - do not buy.
    -> I have now rewired the TV via a digital/analogue converter to the analogue input.

    Unusable

    Not usable because when no input is active it still comes to a crunch in my speakers.

    Unfortunately unusable for me in practice

    Use: Swisscom TV Box and Apple TV via the above device to Sonos - necessary because either TV OR beamer is used as playback device (and TV must be switched off). Unfortunately, it does not work satisfactorily because there are constant sound dropouts (several times a minute).
