    Coated steel pan? Wrong data?

    Is it made of iron? No, steel.
    Is it uncoated? No, has corrosion protection.

    But it still looks good and a steel pan that burns in well would be something. I have yet to test it. But the description is misleading, even though     it might be able to be used like an iron skillet. I have to burn it in first. This is shown in the video so and the surface should be suitable for this.

    But the mistake lies with the manufacturer. It says: "The uncoated iron frying pan made in Switzerland is ideal for hot frying".

    But then with the pan is a note (see picture, my highlights) which explains that it is a coated steel pan.

    Great cast iron stove.

    The pan does not stick and keeps the heat well after a tumble 👍🏻
