    HELLO,
    After using an iPhone for 4 years, I wanted to do something fair, committed and ecological. I really like the idea of the Fairphone 2 and I want to contribute to a respectful work and use of the environment.
    However,     I am very disappointed by this device:

    - defective microphone upon receipt (my correspondents hear me very badly)
    - lack of a soft, protective shell - which led to a fall that broke my glass into a million pieces
    - limited photo possibilities
    - compatibility with my MacBook not intuitive
    - you have to know your way around to understand how the device works & how to control what to replace
    - no tech support shop

    However, the advice I got over the phone today was helpful and friendly.
