    Simpler and clearer than the Starpointer

    Perfect pointer

    I replaced the existing pointer on my Astro FI6 with this one and was thrilled from the start. You don't have to have your eye on the viewfinder eyepiece to see the target marker and it can be perfectly adjusted to be bright enough not to blind the - often dim - target when searching. The pointer is extremely light, but takes up a little more space than other models. All in all a sensible investment in the telescope, saves a lot of nerves on clear nights!

    • a bit big
    • unfortunately no case for separate transport - for such an optical device
    • inserting the button battery can be a bit tricky
