purchased this productAlso works as a spice mill
The metal chopper on my BodumBistro bent when I tried to grind dried gentian roots, and then finally broke when I tried to use it to grind (very hard dry) chickpeas.
Pro
- fast
- easy
- handy
- easy to clean
Contra
- too coarse and hard food creates the Bodum Bistro not

Well, at least the coffee is chopped up
Your coffee is not ground here, but chopped up. This means that the grind is unsteady and the grain does not come out evenly. A real coffee aficionado will leave it alone.
In the meantime, I need mine for chopping ice, and I need it until it gives up the ghost.
Oh yes, and as a Lucerne resident, you give Bodum products a wide berth anyway.Pro
- small
Contra
- No constant grain size
- Chop instead of grind

purchased this productQuite good for ColdBrew
He is quite okee, you have unfortunately a not so homogeneous grind. But I need the mill mostly for ColdBrew coffee, and for that he is absolutt sufficient.
The change to still relatively coarse, to very fine is quite abrupt.Pro
- fast
- handy
- easy to clean
- space-saving
Contra
- not so qualitative grinding
- quick change from coarse to fine
