The new Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series has arrived
Around this time every year, Samsung presents its second flagship. The Note series is known as a business smartphone and impresses with its large display and the integrated pen. But for years now, development has ventured far beyond this. The Note 20's specs are anything but mystical. Or are they?

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra camera
The camera of the Premium model stands out. Not only because of its construction, but also in terms of performance. Samsung is focusing more and more on video recording and is making it easier to edit footage. But first of all I'd like to go into the lenses before we get lost in the details of 8K video. The construction of the triple camera is as follows: 12 MP ultra wide angle lens, 108 MP wide angle lens, 12 MP telephoto lens, a laser AF sensor, 5x optical zoom and 50x digital zoom. The selfie camera has 10 MP, which produces pixelated results in low light.
How do I know this? I've been testing the device for about a week. I've already gained experience in the creation of video material. The high-res and detailed videos can really be seen on the 6.9" display at 120 fps. The image stabilization has also convinced me so far. Another plus for me: I can already edit videos with filters while filming as well as afterwards. This means I can set ISO values in Pro mode, determine shutter speeds, set a manual focus, select my desired format and apply presets or custom filter effects. The following formats are available: 16:9 8K, 16:9 4K, 1:1, 21:9 Full Size. The selection and customization options are varied and large. It'll certainly keep me busy for a few days until I've tried everything. But one thing is already clear: I like to use the S Pen for editing, as I can work more precisely.
S Pen for productivity and creativity
The Galaxy Note20 Ultra and Note20 are workhorses that are especially suitable as business phones. Want to edit a PowerPoint presentation on the train or convert handwritten notes to text and save them with OneNote? Anything is possible. The unique S Pen feature plays a crucial role in your productivity, as it can't only be used for writing, but is also useful as a Bluetooth remote control. The 120 Hertz display reacts quickly, precisely and looks completely natural. So why not give your creativity free rein? Draw a few comics, add an artistic touch to your photos or start a course in drawing. The PENUP app allows you to reproduce live drawings or add new food for thought. Some advice: for anything that needs to be done quickly, you can simply remove the pen and write or paint directly on the lock screen.
Productivity with Office 365
To support your work, your Note and Windows laptop or PC can be synchronized. Easily switch between your mobile devices and use all Office 365 programs. This allows you to work in parallel without losing data. You can buy the license here and download it directly.
An additional practical feature is the use of mobile apps on your laptop or PC. Simply open your apps directly on your Windows computer via the Start menu or the taskbar. As a user, you simply need to link your Galaxy Note20 Ultra or Note20 to Windows on your phone and the Your Phone app on your PC to your Windows PC. To do this, follow the steps shown and use the same Microsoft account.
