The most successful gaming mouse out there is going wireless. Logitech is fitting its new G502 with the «Hero» sensor: 16K DPI allowing up to 60 hours of game time.

Logitech is listening to their community. As far as gaming mice go, at least. The base model does everything right: production, look and precision. The only wish still unfulfilled was more freedom of movement. And now the manufacturer was granted this wish.

Unchained

Even with a wireless connection, this mouse boasts a signal rate of 1 millisecond, easily keeping up with its wired rivals. This rodent also has some stamina: 48 hours of battery with lights on, 60 hours turned off. This model also comes with an ultra-fast scroll wheel, of course.

Thicc or thin

You get four 2 g weights and two 4 g weights included. Without any of these or any cable to speak of, this mouse clocks in at a near-weightless 114 grams.

Power stores for days

This mouse uses a rechargeable battery, not disposable batteries. You can charge it through a cable or with the «Powerplay» mouse pad. Forget about running out of juice: squeeze power out of this mouse pad. Your mouse recharges while you play.

When can I get my hands on this?

According to Logitech, this mouse can be shipped starting 20/5. Patience, my young one.

Apart from IT, I am passionate about lifting heavy things and sporadically dabble in photography. For years, I was lord of the low-pitched strings as bass player in a band. The after-effects being that I still enjoy getting lost in 20-minute epic compositions from one of the many metal genres. During the winter months, you’ll probably find me face down in deep snow (i.e. snowboarding) in the most beautiful of all Swiss cantons – the Valais.
