Personal e-transporters: what’s new?

There have been a few new additions to our e-mobility family: An electric stand up scooter, a hoverboard, two e-skateboards and an e-scooter with a cool seat have just expanded our range. Let us introduce you.

On-the-go Segway-style

The electric stand up scooter is easily steerable with your hands or feet via the handlebar or with the footplates. Thanks to its powerful battery, you can take this scooter on a ride on private property at up to 15km/h and for distances of up to 18km.

Like snowboarding on concrete

The Hover Wheels V3 is the closest you’ll get to snow or skateboarding on concrete. The two centred wheels are further apart than they were with the V7, which makes balancing easier. This e-transporter is equipped with lateral LED strips, hits top speeds of 18km/h and will transport you over stretches of up to 18km.

Skateboarding made easy

e-skateboards by SK8 have an extra-long board for great stability and gentle cruising. The M3T is equipped with a single brushless motor and the M5T has two; giving the latter 1800 watts and making it twice as powerful. On the other hand, the M3T comes into its own when you look at its total weight of just 6.5kg – that’s a whole kilo less than the M5T. Both models cruise at 20km/h tops and for distances of up to 35km.

Personal e-transporters: Do’s and don’ts.

User

Gion Manetsch

77-42-65 may look like part of a portfolio to apply for the next episode of “The Bachelor“ but the numbers are actually my body measurements from back when I was a pro mountain biker. Meanwhile, I feel like my maximum oxygen uptake (Vo2max) of 77 is half of what it was and my resting pulse of 42 has doubled. I’ve also put on 11 kg since weighing 65 kg eight years ago. However, all of the above does not mean that I have become a passive sportsman. On the contrary. I’m passionate about racket sports, swimming, after work jogging and skiing. But mountain biking still has a special place in my heart. The combination of outdoor exercise, endurance, technique and action make it my personal favourite when it comes to sports. These days, I enjoy a more relaxed version with a bit more suspension travel.

Es geht also, wenn man will.
