Recover faster, increase blood flow, defeat your muscle soreness and get ready for the next event. The PULS 2.0 technology by Normatec warms up your muscles to boost performance before your training or competition and help speed up recovery afterwards.

The next generation of the Normatec PULS 2.0 series was developed to open up professional muscle treatment options to athletes of all levels. Many American top athletes use this system for successful regeneration. There are attachments for the entire body, divided into the leg, hip and arm areas. All attachments work in the same way and help in achieving the same goal.

Recover faster, increase circulation, conquer sore muscles, and beat your PR with Normatec Puls 2.0, the ultimate recovery for athlete.

The attachments support the affected areas of the body in faster recovery or maximising performance through pressure massage. Focus is placed on increasing the blood flow to speed up regeneration. Just have a look at the video explaining how you can use the device as well as its additional features.

How it works

At the beginning of the programme, the entire body suit is inflated to adapt to the shape of the body part. Afterwards, pressure is progressively applied. This is the same type of technique followed by physiotherapists who give athletes a drainage massage after training or a competition. As soon as the pulse in the foot zone (the first zone of the leg attachment) has been completed, the section remains inflated and the zone is compressed. This prevents removed metabolites from flowing back. The pressure in the foot area is maintained while the second segment starts inflating. After completion of the cycle in the second segment, the third segment starts to blow up and pressure is relieved from the foot zone. The complete cycle is shown in the following image.

The app

There’s an app that allows you to control the device and adjust the recovery massage to the current needs of your muscles. Keep charge of the device using the time and pressure settings and you can additionally prioritise specific zones using the «Zone Boost» feature.

You can also store statistics and analyses of your last sessions and use the recovery data for your next training, to optimise your recovery phases and design your training in an even more targeted and professional way. Enhance your performance tracking by uploading your recovery data into other fitness tracking apps, including Strava and TrainingPeaks. After finding the settings that work for you, you can easily store them and use them again later on.

Athletes travel a lot and have to prepare for competitions in different ways. With Normatec, you can continuously manage your warm-up and recovery phases to be optimally prepared for the event. You can bring the device to all sports grounds, thanks to the new bag.
