No more cold feet and fingers: heated ski clothing
Heated socks by Lenz
Slip into the heated socks by Lenz and Therm-ic and warm toes are guaranteed. The warmth is created by a sewn-in heating element. A lithium pack and remote control are attached to the socks by means of press studs. The three heat levels can be controlled via your smartphone. The heated socks are available as a set or individual pairs.
For warm fingers
I’d generally recommend mittens to keep your hands toasty. They will give your fingers enough room to keep each other warm if the battery gives up the ghost. However, this shouldn’t be the case with Therm-ic gloves. Their battery runtime is up to ten hours.
If layering functional underwear and fleece jackets is not keeping you warm enough, try adding one of these heated ski jackets or sports sweaters. The Rome Afterburner might look like your standard hoodie, but it has two heating elements tucked away in both the front and the back. The Afterburner hoodie has three heat levels that will keep you warm for up to seven hours.
Although the following items do not qualify as clothing, they are worth their weight in gold. Boot dryers will quickly dry or pre-warm your ski and snowboard boots. Try adding heated insoles to those heated socks for extra cosiness.
