We understand if you’ve accidentally picked the wrong size. That’s why you can now return clothing and shoes free of charge if they don’t fit or you don’t like them. Our new return conditions exclusively apply to clothing and shoes. For reasons of health and hygiene, certain articles, e.g. underwear/lingerie, socks, brassieres and swimwear, may not be returned.
All returns can be made through your customer account in the “orders” section. All it takes is a few simple steps.
Any article you wish to return must be in perfect condition (as good as new) and complete (including any accessories). It must be free of any traces of use and still have the original label. Deductions will be made for any damages or defects. The date of purchase may not be longer than max. 14 days (calendar days) ago. The date of the postmark or the date on which the item was personally returned applies. It is not possible to return articles after this time period has expired.
