New: 14-day free returns on clothing and shoes!

We are upgrading our return conditions! You can now return clothing and shows free of charge within 14 days.

Is there a pinch in your shoe instead of a spring in your step? Trousers too tight? An unintentional crop in your top? Shoes and clothes can vary depending on the brand and model. We understand if you’ve accidentally picked the wrong size. That’s why you can now return clothing and shoes free of charge if they don’t fit or you don’t like them. What articles can be returned free of charge?

Our new return conditions exclusively apply to clothing and shoes. For reasons of health and hygiene, certain articles, e.g. underwear/lingerie, socks, brassieres and swimwear, may not be returned.

How do I return an article?

All returns can be made through your customer account in the “orders” section. All it takes is a few simple steps.

  • Step 1: Go to the respective order and click on the bottom right button “register return” below the shoes or clothing in question .
  • Step 2: On the next page you can enter the reason for returning the article and choose how you would like to return it (by post, pick@home collection, return to Päckli-Punkt collection point, take back to one of our stores). Next, click on the “create return request” button (bottom right).
  • Step 3: If you wish to return the article by post, print off the label for your parcel as well as the return note that must be enclosed with the article. The postal charges for the return shipment will be borne by Digitec Galaxus AG.

What should I pay attention to when returning an article?

Any article you wish to return must be in perfect condition (as good as new) and complete (including any accessories). It must be free of any traces of use and still have the original label. Deductions will be made for any damages or defects. The date of purchase may not be longer than max. 14 days (calendar days) ago. The date of the postmark or the date on which the item was personally returned applies. It is not possible to return articles after this time period has expired.

Gibt es evtl. bald auch die Möglichkeit Helme zu probieren und diese allenfalls zurück zu senden? Diese werden ja von einem externen Lager versendet.

Hallo Alex. Helme können bereits jetzt an uns retourniert werden, wenn das Originaletikett noch dran ist und Produkt sowie Verpackung neuwertig sind. Die kostenlose (!) Rücksendung ist allerdings zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt nur für Bekleidung und Schuhe gültig.
