What would spring be without tulips? We’ve added the classic flower back to our range in many different colours.

Tulips are our heralds of spring. They bring colour and life to your living room and spread that spring feeling. And now you can easily order tulips from our website straight to your home. They’re shipped by courier and arrive safely packaged to your doorstep within three working days.

Tulips in various colours

Deliveries take place on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The tulips are packaged in a specially designed box that protects the flowers during transportation. The flowers are fresh on delivery – they’re shipped the night before and arrive the very next day. Thanks to the short transit time and the fact that they’re harvested daily at Rutishauser, the flowers are always top-notch.

Care tips for long-lasting tulips in your vase

  1. Enough water: drooping flower heads indicate a lack of water. This can happen even if the flowers are already in water. To make them straighten again, cut the flower stems at an angle with a sharp knife. This opens the stem, so it can transport the water all the way up to the flower.

  2. The right vase: tulips continue to grow even in the vase, meaning the flower heads get heavier. To keep the flowers stable in the vase, a tall and slender vase is preferable over a short and round one. Ideally, the vase is two thirds the height of the tulips.

  3. Cold water: cut tulips need lots of water. It’s best to give the tulips fresh, cold tap water every day to keep them looking pretty.
