For your next bike trip: the new kids trailer by Croozer

Croozer are the real experts when it comes to bike trailers. For around 27 years, the family-run company has been designing, developing and testing trailers in Cologne, Germany. For the 2020 season, Croozer has reworked all models and given them fresh names.

The kids trailer models by Croozer are generally available in two variants, as one and two-seaters. The overall width of the two-seaters has been reduced, to fit through most doorframes more easily. The new models also have more storage volume than their predecessors. The one-seaters now feature 43 instead of 36 litres; the two-seaters have 52 instead of 49 litres.

Keeke – the basic model

The Keeke basic model sports many important features. Thanks to the weight-independent AirPad suspension, your kid will be gliding on clouds, and you don’t need to set or maintain the suspension. The cabin offers your kid great protection against both rollovers and side impacts. Reflecting strips mark the height and the width of the trailer for perfect visibility when it’s dark outside. All new Croozer models are delivered with a bike set (tow bar, safety flag and coupling), buggy set, a 2-in-1 weather cover and a battery-powered backlight.

Vaaya – for even greater comfort

The Vaaya is identical to the Keeke, but convinces with some upgrades. You have the choice between two colour schemes: grey and green. The ergonomically shaped seats made from the high-tech climatex material are a real highlight. The wool-polyamide fibre mix ensures comfortable temperature regulation, to cool in the summer and provide warmth in the winter. The sensor light integrated into the pushing handle offers greater visibility. It automatically switches on as soon as you move the trailer and it’s dark enough outside.

Surfing lonely point breaks in Marocco or speeding down the «Never End Trail» in Laax’s bikepark? Catching waves in the river Reuss or pulling off backflips over dirt jumps? Having these two main hobbies means there’s no such thing as bad weather. Today, I leave freeride and slopestyle contests to the young, wild and rubber-boned generation and focus on organising contests with my club in bike park Rüti. As Category Marketing Manager for our bike range, I’m lucky enough to live my passion every day at work.
