Our digitec connect mobile subscription for business customers now supports eSIM. And with digitec connect, business customers can add up to four MultiSIM options for each connection in the subscription.
Last summer marked the launch of our digitec connect mobile subscription for business customers. As a business customer, you have the option to provide your employees with a company connection. Or you can offer them a subscription at special employee conditions. Find all the important information on our business offer here.
Using your mobile subscription with an eSIM
Employees can now use the mobile subscription with an eSIM. This frees up space for a second SIM card – for a private connection or for a roaming SIM card abroad, for example.
MultiSIM option for additional devices
Your employees can also add up to four MultiSIM options to their connection. A smartwatch with an eSIM, for example. This means you can use the same number and data volume for your smartwatch as for your phone, without the latter needing to be close by. You can add the MultiSIM option both to company connections and employee benefit connections.
The first year’s on us!
Feel like giving the MultiSIM option a go? Your first MultiSIM option is free for each connection for the first year. We like to keep things simple. Our MultiSIM option works on all devices with eSIM support or a SIM slot.

MultiSIM for smartwatches
With the MultiSIM option, you can use a smartwatch with a SIM card independently of your smartphone. In other words, you can leave your phone at home but still be reachable no matter where you are. In the B2B domain, this opens up many new possibilities. For example, medical practitioners can now receive upcoming appointments and important notifications on their watch around the clock.

Restrictions per manufacturer
Please keep in mind that manufacturers impose limitations on their smartwatches. For example, Apple Watch only works in combination with an iPhone. Samsung watches are only fully compatible with Samsung mobiles. In the case of Samsung watches, the MultiSIM option does also work with an iPhone or an Android mobile of a different brand, but only with a workaround delivered by digitec. MultiSIM for tablets
In many fields of business, tablets have become an important work tool. With the MultiSIM option, your tablet is connected to the mobile network at all times. So, there’s no need to get a further subscription that just generates additional costs.

MultiSIM for notebooks
Today, there are a considerable number of notebooks available with a SIM slot or eSIM support. The MultiSIM option allows you to work on the go and stay connected to the Internet anywhere. Mobile working has become the new normal for many companies. This is a great advantage for employees, who can now easily work from the train or their favourite coffee shop.

MultiSIM for smartphones
The MultiSIM option can also be used for a backup smartphone. Let’s say your job involves spending time on construction sites. If that’s the case, you’ll probably want to leave your expensive smartphone at home. With the MultiSIM option, you can now use two smartphones with the same phone number and data volume provided by your mobile subscription. In other words, you’ll be reachable via the same number on two phones: on your sturdy construction-site phone and on your recreational smartphone.
