Can cookware be elegant?

According to Kuhn Rikon, the new cooking pots and frying pans of the Locarno series should radiate straightforward elegance. Whether this is true, you can judge for yourself here. The series includes three saucepans, four cooking pots and two frying pans with non-stick coating and is produced in Switzerland.
The entire line is suitable for all types of stoves and can also be used at up to 220°C in the oven. So you can sear your steaks on the stove and let them cook slowly in the oven. Black handles and glass lids give the series a modern look in my opinion.

I would say that the Locarno series definitely looks elegant. In as much as pans can show elegance. What do you think? Let me know in the comments! Want to see other, or more from Kuhn Rikon? Then click here.

My first port of call at Galaxus was the toy department. Although I still thoroughly enjoy a good parlour game, I'm now in charge of all things kitchen. This means I get to buy pretty plates and quality knives both for work and play.
