Since the end of 2020, you get a digitec connect voucher with every new smartphone you buy. And we’ve noticed that you’re crazy for unlimited data when it comes to mobile subscriptions. This is also described in the article about the flat rate as an all-you-can-eat buffet (in German). That's why we decided to include a data flat rate voucher instead of a base fee voucher.

You now get a digitec connect voucher worth 174.– or 348.– when you purchase a new smartphone. This means you only pay 20.– instead of 49.– per month for 6 or 12 months and benefit from unlimited data, calls and SMS in Switzerland as well as 1 GB roaming in the EU/USA.

Which voucher do I get?

If your new smartphone costs more than 500.– francs, we’ll give you a digitec connect voucher for 12 months of unlimited everything in Switzerland. If your mobile costs between 174.– and 500.– francs, we’ll give you a digitec connect voucher for 6 months of unlimited everything in Switzerland. The voucher with your personal code will be sent to you by e-mail. You can also gift the code to someone who’s near and dear to you and use it for the Family + Friends option.

How do I redeem my digitec connect voucher code?

1. After purchasing and paying for your new smartphone, you'll receive a digitec connect voucher code.
2. As soon as your digitec connect mobile subscription has started, you can redeem the voucher code online in your digitec connect user profile. The code can be redeemed whenever you want and can be used by both new and existing customers.
3. After that, you only pay 20.– instead of 49.– per month for 6 or 12 months and benefit from unlimited data, calls and SMS in Switzerland.

What happens to the digitec connect mobile subscription after the voucher expires?

With digitec connect, you pay for what you use instead of paying a predefined fee, making the subscription attractive for people who use their phone a lot and those who don’t.
