The wait was worth it. The new Apple Watch Series 7 impresses with a larger, sturdier display and faster charging. There are now also many new colours to choose from.
On September 14, Tim Cook unveiled the new Apple Watch Series 7 to the world. Pre-sale starts now. The watch is now ready for you to preorder. The official sale kicks off on 15 October.
Apple Watch Series 7 highlights
- 20% more screen area compared to Series 6
- Crack resistant, water resistant and dust resistant with IP6X and WR50 certification
- 50% thicker front glass compared to the Apple Watch Series 6
- OLED display, thinner and with narrower edges
- Always-On retina display
- Blood oxygen content measurement and ECG function to measure heart rate
- Up to 33% faster charging than Series 6; just 45 min from 0 to approx. 80%
