Advance payment

We will provide you with our account details required for payment. The items are reserved or ordered immediately after you place your order and delivered once the payment has been received. Items delivered from a third party warehouse are only ordered after receipt of payment.

Cash

We do of course accept cash if you are collecting your order from one of our stores. Please note that we can only accept cash payment in Swiss francs.

Crypto currencies

You're paying with a cryptocurrency supported by Coinify. The conversion rate applies during 15 minutes. In order for your payment to be confirmed within this time window, please use transaction fees with highest priority. Coinify charges a conversion rate of 1.5%.

Invoice for business customers

After successful completion of our credit check, payments by invoice are free of charge. This payment option is only available in our online shop. Invoices are sent by e-mail and are accessible via your customer account.

Invoice for private customers

If you're a new customer and would like to pay by invoice, you need to pass an external credit check before this payment option is activated. Payments by invoice are subject to a fee of 2% of the invoice amount plus CHF 1.00 per order.

As soon as we have collected enough positive payment experiences with you, we will assess your creditworthiness with our own data. After this, payments by invoice are free of charge.
